Green Belt training is an excellent way to enhance the effectiveness of both process owners and team members as they learn to apply the tools and methods used in the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Green Belts need to be able to implement all of the appropriate tools of Lean and Six Sigma and to lead independent local projects when necessary. They work with cross-functional teams to define and measure problems, analyze the root causes, implement improvements, and establish control at new levels.
