Keller Technology Corporation Adds 1200 Square Feet Controlled Environment Room – Keller Technology recently completed the installation of a 1200 square feet controlled environment room to be used for assembly and testing of HV and UHV chambers, assemblies, and components for the semiconductor scientific research and laboratory, and medical industries. This hard walled clean room adds another element to Keller Technology’s pursuit of high end, cutting edge equipment fabrication and assembly. The room is equipped with four stations for vacuum testing and equipment to test ultra-high vacuum chambers and systems into the 10^-9 torr range.
