As a measure to keep pace with the demand for systems and the fast growth of the company, PostProcess Technologies (PPT) has selected Buffalo, NY-based Keller Technology Corporation (KTC) as its contract manufacturing partner. PPT, also located in Buffalo, is a leading provider of automated, intelligent solutions for post-processing of 3D printed parts.
PPT systems vary in application, function and complexity. It’s spray system design include Beckhoff Automation linear and rotary actuators, motors and HMI. Other common elements are a detergent/solvent pumping system with stainless-steel piping, tank, and high-pressure nozzles housed in powder-coated skins. Following integration of the multi-technology tools on the shop floor, they are fully cycled and tested prior to packaging and delivery directly to the end-user customer.
