Keller Technology 3D Printing Headbands for Face Shields

Keller Technology Corporation (KTC) has several 3D printers available in our prototype labs, and they have been employed to produce headbands for face shields that will be distributed to front line workers in the COVID-19 fight.

“As soon as we were able to identify a channel that provides PPE equipment to the people who need them most, we started producing the headbands. This is a small way to contribute,” said Barnaby Keller, vice president of KTC. “Normally, we produce machinery and equipment and perform contract manufacturing for the health care industry, but we didn’t want to wait for those opportunities to materialize before contributing.”

KTC is an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified manufacturer with experience producing medical device systems for masks, face shields, gowns and other personal protective equipment.

If you are in need of equipment for PPE production or other materials to help stop the spread of COVID-19, reach out to discuss your needs with a member of the KTC team.
