Television Commercial. Keller Technology was featured in a TV commercial for Erie Community College (ECC). Keller's close relationship with ECC has spanned several decades, as both a potential employer of graduates, and as a technical curriculum advisor.

KTC is pleased to be a co-sponsor of Pedal the Park, coming September 6th, 2010, in The Park Huntersville. This event benefits Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region, and will feature 30 and 60-mile rides, in addition to a 3-mile fun ride. There will be a post ride celebration. Please support us!

Keller Technology Corporation will be presenting for the 3rd year "Paws In The Park" on September 11th, 2010. As the SPCA's longest-running fund raiser, the Paws in the Park Walk invites people to come with (or without) their dog to a two-mile walk at Beaver Island State Park. The day includes lunch for participants, the opportunity to interact with 50+ pet-related vendors, exhibitors, and canine rescue groups, judged dog trick, costume, and dog-owners look-alike contests, an agility course for the dogs, and fun for children and adults alike with inflatable bounce houses.

At regular intervals, Keller Technology performs an overall facility audit. Recently, a surplus of writing supplies was identified and donated to a local elementary school. Students expressed their appreciation with many hand-written notes.

Leak Test Equipment. - KTC has recently upgraded to an Alcatel Model ASM 182TD+ high performance vacuum leak detector for use in the clean room facilities at the Huntersville, N.C. plant.
This unit is ideally suited for repetitive or non-repetitive sequential testing for applications requiring high sensitivity, high roughing capacity and ultra-clean operation.
Alcatel supported KTC in the initial start-up and use of this new equipment by providing on-site hands-on training to both Keller engineering and production personnel.

Keller Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of an API Laser Tracker to the Quality Assurance Dept. in Buffalo NY.
KTC will deploy the laser tracker to measure and inspect the machined components, machine tool calibration/performance monitoring and research and development work (reverse engineering and prototyping).
The API_T3-40 has a linear range of 262 ft. linear with a +\- .0006 to 33 ft. accuracy.

Energy Efficient Lighting - KTC has recently completed the replacement of older lighting systems with new, high efficiency systems. In addition to the reduction in power consumption, and the resultant reduction in atmospheric pollution, the new lights further contribute to a safe working environment. Keller was bestowed an Environmental Stewardship Award from Orion.

Employee Longevity - In the autumn of each year, Keller Technology is pleased to host an employee service awards banquet. Guests are invited to celebrate at each five year anniversary of service. A brief ceremony follows dinner, reminiscing, and a great deal of laughter.
This year's highlights include an exceptionally large group of seven celebrating 30 years of dedicated service to KTC. Congratulations to all!

Paws in the Park - Keller Technology Corporation was pleased to present "Paws in the Park", benefiting the Erie County SPCA.
Keller employees manned the tent, distributing over 1200 "Doggie Bags" that included a bandana, 2010 pet calendar, dry food scoop and dog treats. A special thank you to the Girl Scouts for assembling the bags. Additionally, KTC sponsored a team of over 50 dog walkers, and held a raffle for Buffalo Sabres hockey tickets. The event generated over $100,000 for the SPCA. Many thanks to all participants.

ERP System Upgrade - KTC is pleased to announce the implementation of our new ERP system : EPICOR Vantage. This upgraded software platform enhances and streamlines our business processes enabling Keller to deliver quality equipment and machinery to our world-wide customers with greater efficiency.

3 Million hours worked without a lost time accident! A safe work place is of paramount importance to Keller Technology. The efforts of our SAFETY FIRST program; Safety Committee, Emergency Response team, continuing education and training, and dedicated employees has culminated in achieving an unprecedented milestone of three million hours worked without a lost time accident. KTC has completed a plant expansion and renovation project at its Western New York headquarters. The 20,000 sq ft. expansion includes new engineering and office facilities, a state-of-the-art inspection and quality assurance lab, and a new stainless steel and precious metal welding and fabrication facility. The expansion is another step in the company's continuous improvement process and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Keller Technology has commissioned a new 3000 SQ FT. isolated area dedicated to the welding, grinding, polishing and testing of stainless steel fabrications.
October 2008 - Huntersville, NC
KTC Corporation is pleased to announce the completion of our clean room expansion. Class 10,000 clean room space has been expanded an additional 2500 SQ FT. to accommodate ultra-high vacuum programs.
