Keller Technology Corporation is pleased to have (12) newly certified 6 Sigma Green Belts on staff in Charlotte. Six Sigma seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes.
July 2011 - Buffalo NY
Robotic Welding Cell. Keller Technology Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of a Lincoln robotic welding cell to its Buffalo Fabrication Department. The new cell enhances productivity, quality and safety, and will be capable of welding large sized parts weighing up to 5,800 lbs and 9 feet in length. Additionally, the cell is easily reconfigured, and requires minimal floor space.

February 2011 - Charlotte NC
Keller Technology Corporation is pleased to announce the completion of the plant expansion project at it's Huntersville, NC facility. The approximately 10,000 sq. ft. addition expands space for contract manufacturing and clean room assembly services.

November 2010 - Huntersville NC
Shuttle Vertical Lift Module. To further enhance inventory control and materials management, Keller Technology Corporation has acquired a Kardex Remstar VLM - an enclosed system of vertically arranged trays, an extraction platform, and a series of computerized controls that delivers items to an ergonomically positioned workstation. The VLM automatically locates and retrieves stored items with a push of a button or a scan of a bar code.

September 2010 - Huntersville NC
Cable Training Certification. Keller Engineering personnel recently completed the requirements to obtain IPC/WHMA-A-620 (CIT) Trainer Certification, awarded by STI Electronics in Huntsville, AL. This certification allows KTC to conduct both internal WHMA Application Specialist Training (CIS) for our production employees as well as outside suppliers. In-house knowledge of the IPC 620A requirements will allow Keller to better server our customers with the manufacturing, inspection, and integration of cabling and wire harness assemblies into industrial machinery.
