Keller Technology Adds 1200 sq. ft. ISO 7 Controlled Environment Room – Keller Technology recently completed the installation of a 1200 sq. ft. ISO 7 controlled environment room to be used for assembly and testing of HV and UHV chambers, assemblies, and components for the semiconductor scientific research and laboratory, and medical industries. This hard walled clean room adds another element to KTC's pursuit of high end, cutting edge equipment fabrication and assembly. The room is equipped with four stations for vacuum testing and equipment to test ultra-high vacuum chambers and systems into the 10^-9 torr range.

Huntersville, NC facility Achieves ISO 13485:2003 – Based on ISO 9001, ISO 13485 incorporates additional quality management requirements relating to design, development, production, and installation of medical devices and related services – with focus on meeting regulatory requirements, risk management, and maintaining effective processes.

Service Awards Banquet – Recognizing our dedicated employees at each five year anniversary of service, Keller hosts a fun-filled ceremony and dinner. "Roast", typically featured on the menu, was also on the agenda this year. An enjoyable evening was shared by all.

Keller's Huntersville, NC facility achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification, following successful audit by BSI Group America, Inc. The ISO 9001:2008 standards are recognized globally and used by manufacturing and service companies to create standardized Quality Management Systems that are continuously evaluated for compliance to the principals of quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

May 2012 - Buffalo NY
Keller Technology Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of a Parpas XS-63 to its Buffalo Precision Machining Department. This high speed gantry 5 axis bridge mill has a working envelope of 19' x 10' x 9' and further bolsters KTC's world class machining capability.
