Welding Supervisor

Keller Technology Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of Special Machinery and Automation Systems, is currently recruiting for a Welding Supervisor to work out of our Tonawanda, N.Y facility. Successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and supervision of a multi-shift weld shop, working closely with the Production and Manufacturing managers to insure effective utilization of staff and resources. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience as a weld shop group leader or supervisor, including heavy welding operations; with a minimum of three years’ experience in programming robotic welding equipment. Previous ASME code experience is required; and being a Certified Welding Inspector is highly desirable. Must have hands on welding experience, excellent communication and problem solving skills, technical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience, and the ability to work well with people.
